How can I change my reservation?
If you would like to make a change to your reservation, contact Delta Reservation Sales. Have your flight information, including flight numbers and dates of travel, available to expedite your call.
How can I have my electronic ticket receipt sent to my e-mail address?
If you no longer have your original e>ticket receipt, and have questions regarding your travel itinerary, contact Delta Reservation Sales. Have your flight information, including flight numbers and dates of travel, available to expedite your call.
Can I get a copy of my itinerary by e-mail?
Prior to travel, you can view your itinerary using your SkyMiles number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). If your travel is complete and you need a copy of your itinerary, contact Delta Reservation Sales.
What do I do if I need help with Delta's web site?
If you need assistance with any technical issues relating to delta.com, e-mail us or call 888-750-3284.
I made my reservation online, but now have a question about my trip. Will I have to pay a fee to speak to one of your representatives?
No. You will not have to pay a fee to speak with a Delta representative. At this time, Delta has no plans to charge a fee for North American Reservation calls.
What are the changes to the Preferred cabin (fare) options?
In addition to the First and BusinessElite/Business Class fares, Delta offers three fare levels in the Coach cabin—Deeply-discounted, Discounted, and Flexible. You can select fares based on your preferred class of service and desired Medallion Qualification Miles (MQM). MQM are based on distance traveled and fare class purchased.
Why do I get different First Class fares depending on whether or not I check the Refundable checkbox?
Delta publishes discounted First Class fares in some markets. These fares are likely to have special travel requirements and may not be refundable. If you prefer a ticket without special travel requirements be sure to check the Refundable checkbox.
