Module 3 Outline

This module outlines the skills required by a social economy organisation who are currently, or are considering establishing or, running a social enterprise. The skills needed are examined from management committee, project manager and employee perspectives with suggestions as to how you can identify skills gaps and training needs or indeed outline the specifications for new personnel.

  • Decide what skills are needed to successfully run the business
  • Look at your own Organisations’ skills
  • Identify the Skill Gaps and Plan how you will develop your organisations’ commercial skills
  • Check your own performance
