6. Public Sector Tender Opportunities

Increasingly local and national governments have become aware of the fact that bigger businesses have traditionally been more successful in attaining public sector contracts. The Government have been keen to ensure a level playing field for smaller businesses and social enterprises, as a result they have produced a Social Economy Guide to Public Procurement (489 kb) to assist social enterprises in winning these valuable contracts and therefore enhancing their sustainability and growth.
