Module 6 Outline

This module examines sales, marketing and market research – activities fundamental to the success of your business. You will be guided through the process of establishing if there is a viable market for your product or service, identifying who your customers are and how you can raise their awareness and interest in your goods. At the end of this module you should therefore be able to:

  • Find out about the market for your business's products or services
  • Produce a plan for marketing
  • Produce a plan for sales
  • Decide how you will judge the success of your marketing and sales
  • Public Sector Tender Opportunities
