The importance of informing stakeholders, customers and the local community of the results of your social audit should not be underestimated! Informing others about your social contribution is an important marketing tool – it tells core-funders for example, that they gave their money to a good home and that it has been used to maximum effect and impact! It reminds customers that there are wider benefits from buying our goods and services that may encourage them to keep coming back!
